If you have opted in to send us crash data in one of apps, you will be sending us a log file of any problems the app experiences. This information includes technical data regarding the problem and regarding your device type, however no personal information is transmitted. If you have opted in to send us analytics data then the same applies, we receive no personal information, only data related to how you use the app, which is collected only as general statistics.
We do not use tracking software on our website, and no cookies are required to view the site.
Finally, you may choose to contact us by email or with the form on this site, in which case you may have voluntarily provided us with some personal data such as your name and email address.
How We Use the Information
All analytics and crash data is used in a purely anonymous manner to improve the services we provide. We would be happy to provide you with examples of this data upon request.
Any data you send us per email is only used for the intended reason. We never pass your data on to third parties without your express permission, nor will we use it for marketing emails unless you have specifically agreed for us to do so. Emails are stored on our provider’s servers and securely locally by us and is permanently deleted after a maximum of 24 months. We also do not keep your personal data beyond this date unless you have agreed for us to do so.
Accessing and Controlling Your Data
It is your right to see what data we have stored that is personally identifiable to you. We are happy to provide such information, though it may take up to 30 days for us to do so. You also have the right to have this information permanently deleted, again this may take up to 30 days from the time of the request.

If you have questions regarding our social media accounts, you will need to refer to the privacy policies of those sites specifically.
You may have also chosen to share crash and analytics data automatically via your device’s OS settings. Again, this is covered by the privacy policy of your OS, and they should be contacted with regards to changing this setting.
